License Agreement

1. Who this is between
This agreement is between Leading Edge Integration LLC ("we") and the organization that buys a license ("you").
2. What you get
One license key for your organization. You may have Easy Event Paging activated on up to 2 Macs at once. You may move a license to another Mac by deactivating one first.
3. The updates plan
Your purchase includes one year of the updates plan: new versions of the app, and iPhone remote access through our relay from off the venue's Wi-Fi. The plan renews each year at the price shown when you bought, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Manage page; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
4. When the plan ends
Every version released before your plan ended keeps working, on your Macs, for as long as you like. Newer versions and off-Wi-Fi remote access need a current plan. iPhones on the same Wi-Fi as the Mac keep working.
5. What you may not do
Share your key outside your organization, run more Macs than your license allows, or try to get around the license check.
6. Refunds
[To be decided by the owner.] A refunded or disputed purchase ends the license key: it can no longer activate a Mac or renew.
7. No warranty; limit of liability
[To be written with counsel.] Easy Event Paging is a tool to help run announcements. You remain responsible for your event, its PA system and any emergency announcements.
