If that email bought a license, a sign-in link is on its way. It works once, for 30 minutes.
That sign-in link was already used or has expired. Ask for a new one.
From the Manage page you can free a Mac (for example to move the license to a new one), see or resend your key, download a license file for a Mac with no internet, and change your card or cancel renewal.
